Lynn.  Also this morning a panel discussing the “Innovative Acquisition: What will it take?” with panelists such as retired Rear Adm. Jay Cohen, Mark Lumer, Capt. Frank Morneau, and Mr. Thomas Cellucci. The final day of the conference is looking promising.
