Reporting out

We’re releasing a report outlining the results of a series of meetings which has led to the idea of creating a National Program for Small Unit Excellence.

Much of this Maj. Gen. Kamiya has been talking about the last several weeks and this provides more detail from what has been a robust set of discussions with people both in and out of government.

  1. Critical Observation:
As far as can be determined, the Small Unit Excellence program needs to examine the Scientific Philosophical differences between the US/European Model (which is obsolete) and the advnced models of East Asia (Japan and China) and the advanced Scientific Philosophy of American Charles Sanders Peirce. His scientific method is complete and provides a sound scientific, mathematical, and Logical basis.

    Thank you.
    Very respectfully,
    Ed Nozawa
