MC2 Katrina Parker brings us another story on Empire Challenge 09, this time with a look at the fruits of a partnership between U.S. Joint Forces Command and Northrop Grumman: a virtal brigade combat team which is helping joint warfighters evaluate intelligence, surveillance and reconaissance tools and procedures.
