  1. CA teams from USASOC have been and continue to work with civilian organizations on a regular basis conducting assessments of villages, districts, provinces and countries globally. The 95th CA BDE has teams in over 22 countries working closely with country teams, USAID and other NGOs. Was the 95th CA BDE or USASOC consulted during the development of this experiment?

  2. The Deployable Security Sector Reform Experiment focused on strategic to high operational level objectives and was designed to test a proposed solution that could help combatant commanders support and complement the national security sector reform strategy in a partner nation. Throughout the design and execution of the project, civil affairs expertise was resident on the project team through a highly-qualified Army civil affairs officer who is a subject matter expert in rule of law and security sector reform.
