Air, sea, space, cyber get focus at conference


I’ve been attending Cooperation and Conflict in the Global Commons, a three-day conference focusing on operations in globally shared and unsecured areas, including outer space, international waters, airspace and cyberspace taking place in Virginia Beach.  I listened to officials from OSD, USJFCOM, ACT, the Naval Postgraduate School and the National Defense University talk about efforts do define and solve challenges in these complex spaces.
